There's a new drink that's all the rage around Japan recently. It's been in a lot of news reports, even in the States. It's called Ice Cucumber Pepsi. I've seen some of the kids drinking it, so I broke down and tried it the other day, despite my overall averseness to all things Pepsi. Actually, it wasn't too bad. It certainly didn't taste anything like cucumber. But it did have something of the crisp, fresh feeling of eating a cold cucumber salad. So I guess the title works. I would definitely drink it again, except it's only available in convenience stores and not from the vending machines where I get all my miscellaneous beverages. But, I guess I am recommending it if you are in Japan and can buy some.
